Every cabin is equipped with its own bathroom and cable TV. Most have a living room/kitchen area, private deck with BBQ and a picnic table and a fireplace or wood stove.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES

	OFF-SEASON RATES: (mid-October to mid-April, when the pool is not available) are approximately 15% lower than the rates listed above.
	DEPOSITS: To confirm a reservation, a deposit is required--one night's rent for stays of up to four nights, or up to half the total rent for longer stays or reservations on multiple units.
	WEEKLY RATES are approximately 20% less than daily rates, and apply ONLY if full payment is received 30 days before the reservation date.
	FOR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE: Add $10.00 for each additional person staying overnight.
	ADDITIONAL FACILITIES FEES: $5.00 per person may apply for additional guests of the facilities between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. only. There is no additional facilities charge for overnight guests.
	TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX: Currently 9%
	NO PETS: Sorry, we do not allow pets on the premises.
	RESERVATIONS: To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid in advance.
	CANCELLATIONS WITH NOTICE: Deposits (less $15.00 handling charge) will be refunded for reservations cancelled with at least 14 days notice. For reservations one week or longer, 30 days notice must be given.
	CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT REQUIRED NOTICE: Deposits (less $15.00 handling charge) MAY still be refunded IF cabins can be rented for that time.
	CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.
	CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 p.m.

Off-Season Rates:

From October to April all rates are reduced by approximately 15%
